14-Day Return Window

We want you to love your purchase. If you're not completely satisfied, you may return most items within 14 days of receipt for an exchange or store credit.

Conditions for Returns

• Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition.
• Original tags must be attached.
• Items must not have been soiled, damaged, or altered.
• Intimate items (worn underwear/swimwear) cannot be returned for hygiene reasons — please use our size guide or contact us before ordering.

How to Return

1. Contact us via WhatsApp or email within 14 days of receiving your order.
2. We'll confirm your return request and provide instructions.
3. Drop off at our Moi Avenue store or arrange a pickup.
4. Receive your exchange or store credit within 2–3 business days.
